Use this page to cancel an order before fulfilment, exercise a withdrawal right, or report an incorrect or defective item.
Physical books. When a statutory withdrawal right applies, you generally have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us that you wish to withdraw. After notifying us, return the item within 14 days. You normally bear the direct return cost unless the item is defective, incorrect, or the law requires otherwise.
Digital books. Your right of withdrawal may end once download or access begins, but only where you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that this can end the withdrawal right.
Damaged or incorrect orders. Please provide the order number and describe the problem. We will review the request and explain the next step.
