The Formative Path is committed to improving access to its books, articles, mentorship information, forms, and resources for visitors with different abilities, devices, and ways of navigating the web.

We aim to follow recognised accessibility practices and to improve the website over time. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time technical exercise.
The website should be usable with a keyboard, modern screen-reading software, browser zoom, and common mobile accessibility features. Visitors should be able to move through navigation, links, buttons, forms, and accordions without requiring a mouse.
Text may be enlarged through browser settings. The website uses a limited colour palette, generous spacing, and clear serif and sans-serif typography to support comfortable reading. Some third-party content or documents may have different accessibility characteristics.
Meaningful website images should have appropriate alternative text. Decorative images may use empty alternative text so assistive technology can ignore them. Downloadable PDFs and older documents will be reviewed progressively; some may not yet meet the same accessibility standard as the main website.
Forms are designed with visible labels, required-field indicators, understandable validation messages, and confirmation messages. Visitors who cannot use a form may contact The Formative Path through an alternative published contact method when available.
Some embedded services, retailer pages, older media, downloadable files, or third-party tools are outside the direct control of The Formative Path. We will prioritise fixes that materially affect access to core information or services.
When reporting a barrier, please provide the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the device or assistive technology used, and a brief description of the problem. This information helps us investigate efficiently.
Accessibility reports will be reviewed in good faith. Where a reasonable correction is possible, we will aim to address the problem or provide an alternative way to access the information.
Use the Contact page and choose “Technical issue” or “General question”. Please avoid including unnecessary medical or other sensitive personal information.
