A private, reflective process for examining what is shaping your life and translating insight into responsible action.
Many people have read the books, heard the teaching, and made sincere resolutions. Yet they still struggle to recognise the deeper pattern, maintain healthier rhythms, make decisions clearly, or align faith with everyday behaviour.
Mentorship creates space to slow down, examine these areas honestly, and develop a more intentional way forward.
Scope: Formation mentorship is educational, developmental, and spiritually reflective. It is not therapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, trauma treatment, crisis intervention, or professional legal or financial advice.
Your mentor: The process is facilitated by Chukwuemeka Benjamin Eke, author, teacher, formation mentor, and founder of The Formative Path. His approach brings Christian spiritual formation into conversation with behavioural insight, lived experience, and practical responsibility.
The goal is not for someone else to make your decisions. It is to help you develop the awareness, wisdom, discipline, and responsibility to make stronger decisions yourself.
Examine values, habits, influences, relationships, spiritual rhythms, and present responsibilities.
Identify patterns, assumptions, triggers, consequences, and obstacles that may remain hidden.
Choose practical actions, build accountability, and review what is changing over time.
Trust grows when expectations are transparent.
Share your present season, desired outcomes, and readiness for reflective work.
Clarify scope, expectations, boundaries, availability, and the most appropriate programme.
Connect reflection, learning, practical exercises, agreed actions, and accountability.
Review progress and create a sustainable plan for continued growth beyond mentorship.
One structured session around a specific decision, pattern, transition, or point of uncertainty.
A guided introductory journey for spiritual growth, identity, habits, discipline, and direction.
A longer process for recurring patterns, sustained practice, accountability, and integrated growth.
Before you commit: Formative Clarity is one structured session. Foundations Mentorship usually runs for several weeks, while Transformation Mentorship may continue for several months. Exact fees, session frequency, scheduling, boundaries, and full terms are confirmed in writing after the suitability conversation and before any commitment. You remain free to decline. No artificial scarcity or pressure-based sales tactics are used.
The short form helps determine whether mentorship is appropriate for your present needs. Applications are reviewed for scope, suitability, and availability before a conversation is offered.
Submitting an application does not create a mentorship relationship, guarantee acceptance, or require payment at this stage.
